Ordering

Where to start?

Congratulations on your forthcoming wedding...... We make a range of items which it is possible to customise at no extra cost so all you need to do is make a note of the details and ring/email us or come and see us either at the wedding shows or at our studio. We have also corresponded through email and telephone to many a potential bride so this is also possible.

Placing an Order

Because we know that each bride wants something different this website is designed as a catalogue to give you ideas and whilst the prices are a guide, sometimes what you require can be cheaper than quoted so do not worry! Once you have made up your mind,please ring/email us to place your order. We will then give you details of the deposit require and we then order the materials as often there can be a delay especially if it is a particular colour required. Any changes to the design or colour is chargeable so please ensure that when discussing and agreeing the design that you are happy with this (see revisions). Typically orders take between 4-6 weeks so please allow enough time but at our busy times orders can take longer so please ensure adequate time between ordering and the date you require the item by. Rush orders are chargeable at £25 extra.

Progress of your Order

Throughout the progress of your order we will keep in contact either by phone, email or Facebook as part of our on-going customer liaison process. Clients receive an email showing progress as part of our on-going customer liaison process.

Revisions

All items are handmade and will be made following the agreed design but any deviations to the design will be charged accordingly at an hourly rate should the design vary from what was agreed (please ask for details). Please do not let this put you off should you decide you wish to make a slight alteration as we will only charge should there be a significant change i.e. Colour, addition or design change.

Despatch

Goods are not despatched until payment has been cleared (see terms and conditions) and all clients will be advised to ensure that the balance or full amount is then received and also to advise when and how the item will be arriving I.e. Royal mail Special Delivery or First class

Returns

Bespoke items are not permitted to be returned unless there is a significant problem but clients should contact us before sending them back. Crystal Pig reserves the right to inspect the returned items before issuing a refund. Postage is not refundable. Earrings are not permitted to be returned under health and safety regulations unless they are faulty.
