Crystal Pig Bespoke Accessories was a happy accident. Having decided to go on a jewellery making course being held in a local village, I decided that I was hooked and wanted to become a jewellery maker! I then went on to sell my pieces at craft fairs and to friends and family but then decided I wanted to make my own wedding accessories, I think this was because I made my own wedding bouquet and that of my bridesmaids when I got married. After attending the tiara making course, the fascination for fascinators also followed suit! Before long I was attending wedding fairs and selling my pieces to a new generation of brides. I am now delighted to say that my pieces are sold in some of the finest boutique wedding shops. Please get in touch if you are a would-be stockist and we can discuss your requirements. I now have my own small studio and encourage brides to be to come and see me if they are looking for something different.


1. Payment: Online payment through BANK TRANSFER will be despatched within 3 working days. Payments by cheque take longer to enable cleared funds and currently take 10 working days. Please allow enough time between ordering and receiving the goods. All goods remain the property of Crystal Pig until paid for. Cash payment is permitted.

2. Postage: All items are despatched using a trackable service depending on the value of the goods and require a signature on delivery. Please provide an address where a signature can be obtained.

 3. Watches: All watches have a Japanese movement and are guaranteed for one year. Batteries are not covered by this guarantee.
4. Silver/Gold: Where items stated that they are silver/gold, they will bear the appropriate marks for either 925/375/750 marked on the jewellery.
5. Bases: All bases for tiaras and fascinators are either silver plated, gold plated or rose gold plated and are nickel free and are only bought from genuine suppliers.
6. Swarovski Crystallized Elements ™: Swarovski crystallized elements ™ is a registered trademark and the crystals used in the jewellery, fascinators or tiaras have been bought from genuine and authorised sources.
7. Gemstones, pearls and Murano: All gemstones, pearls and Murano beads have been bought from genuine and authorised sources.
8. Copyright and Originality:
All our designs are original designs protected under copyright and are the property of Crystal Pig. It is therefore not permitted to take any photographs at our shows unless with prior approval of a member of the Crystal Pig staff. We are protected under copyright and unauthorised replicas will be destroyed.

9. Cancellation Policy: Customers have a right to cancel orders but may incur a penalty due to the non-refundable deposit either payable at the time of ordering or by making deposits. Cancellation is not permitted once an order has been completed, awaiting collection, nor once all items have been made. Deposits are 50%

10. Refunds:
Customers who are not 100% delighted with their items MUST notify Crystal Pig within 24hrs of receipt of the goods and should return the goods unworn within 2 working days. 

Failure to do so will invalidate any refund. Items must be sent back within their original packaging and at the owner’s expense. It is strongly advisable that items are sent back using a reliable tracking service such as Special Delivery. 

Items which are returned using other methods such as Proof of Postage or Recorded Delivery will not be covered by the Royal Mail compensation scheme and are not covered if lost or stolen.  

All items sent through the Royal Mail system remain the property of the customer until received by Crystal Pig. 

Upon receipt of the returned goods, Crystal Pig reserves the right to inspect them before issuing a refund. Items which have been worn will not be refunded. Items returned outside the return period will not be refunded but will be exchanged. 

For Health and Hygiene reasons we cannot take earrings back if the order is not suitable. Bespoke items are exempt from refunds and are protected under Distance Selling regulations. 
11. Incorrect Sizes:
Where items do not fit, Crystal Pig will be pleased to offer an exchange or refund (see 10). Items must not be worn (other than to try on) if they are to be exchanged or refunded. If however items are to be altered, if the incorrect size has been given by the customer, then the customer will be responsible for any remedial changes which are subject to our hourly and material charges. However if the item has been estimated by Crystal Pig, then Crystal Pig will require the correct sizes to be supplied. Please note there might be a delay in providing alterations or exchanges (currently quoting 12 weeks for alterations). Items will be then be sent out following an advisory email or telephone call to the customer. Bespoke items are exempt from this.

12. Bespoke Designs: All bespoke design items are subject to a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. All items which have been made are not refundable. Items which have been made to a specific design are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations which mean that there is no cancellation or refund given.
13. Orders are not started until we receive 50% of the order value. Once the order is started, we will communicate via facebook messaging or email and from time to time photos of finished projects will be photographed and posted onto our page, however your name will not be added to the photo maintaining client confidentiality. This is to show off the range of designs we can make and to show off the quality of our workmanship. 
14. Easy payments are available.

15. Private Appointments to your home: Crystal Pig welcomes private appointments but depending on the nature of the appointment, will ask for a non-refundable fee. This is to cover administration and travelling expenses as required. All fees must be paid in advance of the appointment and can be paid using PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER, cheque or cash.

16. Sale Goods: Items offered for sale have been on offer for at least 12 weeks at a higher price prior to their reduction. All items will be offered on a sold as seen basis but should the item be faulty then the item can be returned. Items are sent out special delivery so we need a daytime address so we can obtain a signature. 

17. Sale Returns: All items have to be returned using a trackable service and remain the property of their owner.It is advisable to use Special Delivery for items over £39 or jewellery. We do not accept returns for earrings or items marked on our site “sold as seen”.
